The Cupboard at Hope Ankeny is an available resource for all. Guests may enter through our lower level “Harbor” entrance to shop for food and personal care items twice each month. Free haircuts are offered on the first Friday of the month at The Cupboard from 1:00-4:00 pm.

Volunteers and donations are always needed and appreciated! Sign up to assist guests as they shop, or throughout the week with pickups and deliveries as part of our food rescue program!

Connect with others in the community and at Hope during a free lunch on the first Friday of each month! Whether you’re in need of a meal, a place to rest, or simply some friendly faces, our doors are open to all. Come as you are.
Lunch is provided by Hope Ankeny volunteers & Food Bank of Iowa.
Free Haircuts
Come as you are and enjoy a free haircut from a licensed professional stylist. No appointment needed! Everyone is welcome.

Donate to The Cupboard
We collect nonperishable food items throughout the week. Cereal, canned goods, PB&J and pasta are always needed. You can also make a financial contribution to The Cupboard through our online giving portal.
