Help provide Love Lunches this summer!
Ankeny Love Lunches partners with four Ankeny churches to provide free lunches to students and families who don’t have access to school lunches during the summer. Lunches are served behind Ankeny Presbyterian Church at 317 SE Trilein Drive.

Donate individual-sized bags of chips
Love Lunch Servers (on-site)
Lunches are served behind the Ankeny Presbyterian Church at 317 SE Trilein Dr. Volunteers are needed from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm to help prepare and serve the lunches. Please sign up all children 10 or older as an individual volunteer.
Meal Prep Volunteers (off-site)
Option 1: Bring a dish HOT in a DISPOSABLE pan to the back entrance of Ankeny Presbyterian Church (317 SE Trilein Dr.) at 11:00 am on the day you sign up for. Recipe will be provided.
Option 2: Package 10 or more peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and deliver at 11:00 am on the day you sign up.
Love Lunch Site Coordinators
We are in need of a couple of people willing to serve in a leadership role. This is a great opportunity for anyone wanting to volunteer at least once a week. If interested, please email Melanie Hill.
